The staff is great. Very welcoming & eager 2 answer any questions. They were knowledgeable & it's everything I would want a vape store 2 be.

So what bothers me is when you go in and ask for a certain brand of vape and they don’t have it they seem irritated that you are not interested in any other brands or that you are even in the store to begin with they rather sit in the back and talk than actually help the customer.

I love this place! It is the only Vape shop I'll go to! Everyone there is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things Vape!! But they'll never pressure you into buying anything or make you feel stupid because you don't know something. Michelle is absolutely awesome, she takes her time to show you anything and will explain something to you in great depth. If you're on the fence about going I'd definitely try it, you'll be happy you did

We are from out of town and was looking for a vape shop. We read the reviews and decided to go here. Joel was working the counter. My wife and I have been vaping for 2 years or more and went through several mods and had some sort of issue with them all. Joel was very knowledgeable about the mods and was able to provide us with the information we needed to choose what was best for us. He also took the time to talk about the juice line and knew exactly how to match our taste. I highly recommend this shop!! I will definitely be returning!! Thank you Rocco's and Joel!

Decent juice selection, decent mods. Prices are WAY high except for the "bargin" bin. Atmosphere was decent, employees are helpful and polite. Would have given 4 stars but just can't get over them charging $28 for a 60ml bottle of "premium" juice that is $19.99 right down the street. 19.99 is pretty much the standard for 100ml
