Always a great experience. I think our bud tender today was named Aiden. He was incredibly kind and helpful, giving us some aid when something was messed up. Guy has a really good heart and absolutely turned around a difficult week for us. LARGE AND VERY WELL STOCKED! The Herbery is a spacious, well stocked and well lit store. Perfectly clean and displays are all on point. Service was quick and easy. The display and selection of pre-rolls is unmatched. That’s a true W for the managers of this store. A perfect store for a visual shopper. There’s so much. I will need a second visit to see all that they have. I’d love to come back and spend an hour in the store. I was only visiting the area and in for a quick treat so I didn’t have a lot of time to look at their vast selection. I think that being in a rush made the store feel overwhelming so I will be sure to stop by again when I have a little more time. I enjoyed the Smokies brand edibles but they are REALLY hard to open. They are not a good option for arthritic or otherwise impaired hands. Smokies Edibles’ child proof packaging was exceptionally hard to open and the individual packaging was hard to open as well.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are great. The product is excellent. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Joe, who was fantastic, as well as the woman at the door but I don’t know her name. Joe has spectacular customer service skills and knowledge and I would love to be helped by him again. Extremely pleasant experience. I left in a better mood than I went in, and that’s excellent service.

Jason and Ian are the best ever! I always look forward to seeing them, even if they aren’t the ones helping me, they make me feel like royalty every visit!! AJ helped me the other day (dealing with my mom’s death day and celebration of life) he was so kind, and had 10/10 recommendations for exactly what I needed. He was a bright spot on a rough day for sure. I have so much gratitude for that. Joe helped me today and he was great. Was helpful but could tell I didn’t need a whole lot of help, he could read my needs and I appreciate that because not everyone has that trait. 10/10 as always.
