I started working with Elsa August 31, 2023, and providing my 6 month update. I'm extremely grateful for finding Golden Holistics! Elsa has been very intentional about reviewing my profile and discussing the right path forward. She takes her time and is genuinely trying to help. After two years of frustrating Doctor appts and ER visits I'm so glad I now know what is going on with my body and understand what all the Doctors missed. I've followed her recommendations each step of the way, within the first month I was amazed I was already feeling better (not 100% but progressing) which I had not felt in a long time! Nearly 3 month in and I longer have arthritis issues. I still have work to do, but so grateful I have clear direction now.
