Edited & updated: After several email exchanges I can say Snapdragon & their customer service are top tier. Alec, was very responsive & understanding. He made sure to give detailed information in response to the issues I had and was receptive to feedback given. The Snapdragon family went above & beyond to make up for my negative experience. I've already placed another order & can confirm, check out was much smoother . Thanks again Snapdragon family, especially Alec. First time purchasing online(2 seperate orders).....a bit of a fiasco. First order: Ordered 14g of purple punch, which showed as having 10+ units available online, only to be told at pick up that it was unavailble in 14g. I wasn't offered 4 8ths to make up for it, was just given 14g of a different strain.(French macaron, which I had already gotten 14gs of in my second order) In this first order I also had an 8th of superboof, why wasn't i offered 4 8ths of superboof to make up for the 14g of unavailable purple punch? Next, my online order was eligible for a promotional offer that the clerk didn't want to honor at first. Only after being shown the offer on their site did he think about honoring the offer. His reasoning for questioning my availability was that it was for onlind orders that are delivered. Nowhere in the deal is that mentioned, nor was there a delivery option during checkout. So now I'm stuck with an extra 14gs of a strain that is mediocre at best. The superboof is off the charts good however. Super terpy with the Tangie coming out super strong. Ovetall, I'm going to have to say this interaction left me feeling very disappointed. Pictured is the French Macaron, not a good representation of the strain & Superboof(excellent)

I've had their edibles in the past and really liked them. I recently got some flower, concentrate, honey straws and a cartridge from them and everything has been great! Don't be afraid to ask questions and tell them what you're looking for, the staff is awesome every time!

Found a long hair wrapped in my cartridge from this snapdragon towards the bottom. I bring it back to SHOW them there’s a hair inside. I’m told there’s nothing that can be done since it’s almost empty. I was trying to explain how you wouldn’t be able to see the hair if the product was full and then I was talked down to in a dismissive tone without a solution. Usually I have a great experience here but the usual guy who’s super rad wasn’t there today.

Staff is friendly and helpful at both locations I've been to. Nice selection of products at the Hixson store. I would definitely recommend them.

I was looking for something to help my mom with her Parkinsons. I found something that helps both of us. The guy working when I went in was very helpful and patient. I will be a regular customer.
