Best Pharmacy experience ever! We visit North Myrtle from Colorado every year. My wife has a prescription that is very time sensitive with regards to insurance, etc. We called several main pharmacy chains and no one had it in stock. Called Cherry Grove Drug and not only did they have it - they also happen to have some of the friendliest and most kind employees that I have ever encountered, and that's saying a lot! If I could give no stars I would I'm on life threatening medication and this pharmacy has dropped the ball big time I had them on a 3 way call with my insurance they said my insurance doesn't cover automatic refills that it was my insurance company...that was a lie,and my insurance company even called them back too and then they said to them it was their policy not insurance might but not insurance companie 🤔. I got no phone call no text no nothing about my medications...and this all the sunder new insurance change lol maybe you all should tell the truth...I will also report to the bbb due to potentially risking my life for medication I can't just stop taking and as well as all my breathing medication due to lung disease and lupus..playing with people's life's not to be taken lightly...
