How in the world do you get to talk to Someone, you call the phone number that they get listed and you Can not get thru Or the call drops So how do you get a hold of someone? What is their phone number?

I had an incident where I bought 2 electronic devices. Both were defects. But I gave another try n the rude dude is not there any more. And they have great selections on other items. The chubby guy is cute n great.
