Needed help with coils change in our vapes and called ahead to ask with would assist since we were in from out of town. And they said yes they would with no issues. They were very helpful and very nice. Bought some amazing tasting juice while we there as well.

Recently, I've had a habit of dropping devices and damaging them. The manager and staff are always incredibly helpful and willing to pick up, or transfer, a device I'm looking for. Great customer service!!

Went to the East Brainard location. Taylor was super helpful both days I was there. My wife thinks the other guys name was Lex but we don't remember. They take the time to find out your needs and wants. Spent as long as I needed picking a flavor. Very happy with the rewards program. Best vape store experience I've ever had.
