I went into Puff City looking for something to relax my anxiety. Soon as I walked into the door I was greeted w/ a warm welcome by Chris!! He was super nice & very informative!! I love his customer service!! He listened to all my needs & concerns & gave his honest feedback. AMAZING!!!!! Based on customer service alone I will definitely be back!! The shop was very neat & clean as well. If you are looking for something to relax you after a long day of whatever, Puff City is the place to visit!! Oh yeah & ask for Chris!!!

Family/friend vibe, the staff that works here is so knowledgeable and friendly. The inside was very nice too with nice decor and lighting. If you're in the area this place is a good spot to check out!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! I met one of the cashier's during the first 2 weeks of opening, while they did not have what I needed at the time they were eager to write down the product name and I've returned today to see a much wider selection in the brand that I usually shop. The owner is very eager to help all of his customers even during the long run. He also assured me that you can exchange or return products which is a great bonus as other shops in the area do not allows refunds. I definitely recommend supporting this business!

Firstly, the store was completely spotless. The workers there are welcoming and beyond friendly. I even got to meet the owner and I have to say his customer service was high top. I honestly walked in there for one thing but was surprised to see the various products in the store, so I walked out with more then just one item in my hand. Will definitely be returning back to this specific shop on a continuous basis! HIGHLY Recommended !!! :)
