Lazy staff. Completely uninterested staff if your medication is not initially approved by your insurance. The staff at Middle Village didn't even bother to call back my doctor. When my doctor called middle village the staff lied and told him they called me when in fact, they didn't. So they are liars too. I love Middle Village Pharmacy! My dermatologist insisted that I’d get my my prescription from them since they had a higher chance of being covered through the coupons & the overall help they provide & she was right! I recently had an experience with one of their Techs, I believe her name is Sherley, she was wonderful & super helpful with shipment options! Also, thanks for always being on time for you deliveries!

Very inexperienced pharmacist. She is clearly flustered and easily confused, which is not reassuring when it comes to handling medications. While I understand they are a new compounding pharmacy, MEDICATIONS ARE NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE WITH! Specially if they’re compounded as it requires a lot of experience and can go very wrong if there’s a mistake . I strongly recommend hiring more experienced staff to ensure the safety and confidence of your customers. In the meantime I suggest you find another more established compounding pharmacy.
