They sell faulty vapes and close whenever they want. my vape id bought from the shop died last night. and when i walked over to their store at 10:30 it was already closed 30 minutes before the website said. and even though there’s NO SIGN saying no returns. there are no returns on their mid to low tier selection of vaporizers. L shop, L experience, they just lost at least 10 customers as a result, because im letting my friends know not to shop there anymore.

Update: just went to the store after being called back to make it right. i guess that just means bully me into changing my opinion but all you did was make me angry. i feel even stronger about my review. i do not recommend going to Venice Smoke and CBD at all. if i could leave less stars i would. i can’t believe you guy thought i’d change how i feel after being treated like that lol

Sell fake batteries and vapes. Then when you return it they say we dont have a return or exchange policy.

Bought a vape 2 days ago that they refused to return when I told them it died within the night and it doesnt work.

She responded to me and told me “well thats just luck, you have to take your chances”

What kind of service is that
