I’ve been buying the 7ohmz kratom here for a few months, it’s the closest spot to me that sells it… but this recent stock they got in is BAD. I don’t even think it’s kratom at all. I bought two packs today and tried a small amount from each pack, but the product in both packs is absolutely not right. I’m assuming it’s a well made counterfeit product. It tastes nothing like the actual product, the color is a bit off (it’s reddish looking), and has absolutely zero kratom effects. The tablets are also not facing the proper way as pictured on the 7ohmz site & from my past purchases. I feel anxious and nauseous after taking it & I’m terrified over what I just possibly ingested!! I’ve taken this specific product many times and I am an experienced kratom user of over a decade… I have absolutely never had this taste or issue with the quality of 7ohmz until my purchase at “my smoke shop” today. I tried calling the store to let them know, but got no answer, so posting this here to warn others-do not buy!!!!! For the store owner- I would like a refund. I will happily bring the defective product back to you. Please check out who your distributor is- this product is not right.

Good place. Stop there every morning to get some water or energy drink. This smoke shop more like gas station style, and hours of operation are gooood

Solid help from the dude at the counter, even at 9pm. Low selection for vape supplies like batteries and juice but tbf it's a smoke shop, not vape. He also helped resolve an issue of figuring out if my batteries or charge dock was faulty.

This place is a disgrace. This are selling contraband elfbar the products which by are illegal and they were rude and unscrupulous people they asked us to open up the product which we did and then we thought better of ourselves because I guess once it’s opened up you can’t return it even though they said they would take it back then they change their mind so this place is not only unscrupulous but they’re doing business in a manner that is unacceptable do not visit the smoke shop ever. Worst smoke shop we have ever been to and we are lifetime Burbank residents. I’d picket this place if I could but I will report them to the BBB.

We bought a piece of glassware here, took it home, and it cracked from the heat of the nail on first use. We took it back, and they told us they were a no-exchanges store. We explained that we'd just been there, that we weren't children, and we knew how to care for our glassware. They gave us another piece. Like the first, the second cracked from the heat of the nail. This has not happened on any of our other glassware using the same nail. In short, this store sells cheap, low-quality glassware, doesn't stand by what they sell, and has mediocre service. (EDIT: Owner replies to customer comments with insults. Sir, change your business model, sell a quality product, be respectful, and your customers- AKA your livelihood- will leave you better reviews! You won't have to ask your friends to leave them!)
