Very, very disappointed. Shame on you for ignoring a huge part of the population, Gen X’ers are becoming seniors and some are retiring with disposable income. More than a teenager. We have been smoking weed longer than some of your parents have been around. The bud tenders, who know who they are, say hi and are helpful. If possible they are usually suggesting alternatives or explaining strains. I guess it is all about quantity?. Both agents today, were so quick to get rid of me. The young, new employee seemed more concerned about her break. I’ve never had a positive interaction with the man who works behind the counter. I ran in this morning 11/29/2025. 11:30-12:30. The products, price, and quality are great. The tall muscled guard with the curly hair is also very helpful and welcoming, as well as all of the other employees. I use to look forward to shopping at Haven, everyone was educated regarding the products you sell. I’m gonna star shopping locally and support businesses that actually want me to shop. I stopped by during some sort of rush so it was busy. As the names were called, my name was quickly passed before I walked to the counter (it was busy so I understood and I was in no rush). I could tell Riley noticed and was sure to help me as soon as they became aware. They were friendly and appeared calm under the sudden amount of people that were shopping.

Courtnee B literally said she don’t have time for customers service 😂 She said I’m tried and not happy , I told her it has nothing to do with me ! She wants to debate with me , argue with me , and get an attitude like I did something to her ! Courtnee why did you come to work if you was going to be negative to the customers! Out of her own mouth she said , I don’t care for customers service I don’t have to ! I get it but why have an attitude with customers whom are the only reason you have a job ! Never coming to this location again too many negative attitudes and Courtnee mean spirit I pray for her ! Life is not about focusing on the negative it’s about creating a positive mindset while going through it! I will never forget her negativity, blessings!

I visited Haven yesterday and was really happy with the experience. The security and staff were very nice. I really like the displays and there is a lot of selection in the various sections. The rotating wax and drink displays fit in really well. They also didn’t make me or my wife feel rushed. Thanks again, loved it, definitely going back or to one of the other stores.

Walked in Thursday 5/30 at 10:30am. Security guard super nice, girl at check in super nice offers you a water. That’s where customer service stopped. LITERALLY! I’m the only person in the shop and four extremely rude and lazy women working. No greeting. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while they talked about their nails and ordering from Temu. Not one of them ever helped me. Only person in the shop and I had to walk out. Made a comment to the lady at front desk and suddenly she forgot about customer service as well as it feel on deaf ears. Security guard only person who apologized an recognized what had happened. Never have I ever been ignored in a business. Hope this place closes down and we can get a good local dispensary. For now go back LB Wellness even though I live two minute walk here.
