Great experience. Bought a Puffco Peak Pro from them but chamber stopped functioning. Brought it back to the shop, and had them warranty the chamber for me. They also have a great selection of Puffco products and accessories. Definitely recommended !!

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN OC... is an understatement. This is not only the best shop because of their products but also their customer service. Tony is a true dedicated business owner, he not only remembers my name every time I come in to the shop but he even remembers what I purchase. He's here day in and day out, I've even seen him fixing things in the shop while I come in to make his shop better. Coming from a customer and also business owner is refreshing to see the owners really care about the product they sell, the overall success of their company while still maintaining great customer service. I will go out of my way to continue purchasing from Smokerzland because I know they will take really good care of me.

Tony was very professional, and treated us like we were valued customers. He knows what customer service means and took care of our needs. We will be going back there for any of our smoking needs.
