July 16th 2024 , as I'm walking in, I over heard a costumer mumbling to himself as he's exiting about them having bad attitudes and should leave our country . I agree with him 100% because I asked the new workers a simple question and they had VERY bad attitudes. It's because of the costumers that you're still in business so have some respect for us . The regular worker with the raspy voice is pretty nice and funny for the most part but those new guys they had in today have horrible communication skills and barely speak English

There are a ton of negative reviews about customer service but I've never had an issue, thankfully. I think they have helpful staff and a wide variety of CBD products (exactly what I was looking for)! And honestly, it is so difficult to find ONLY CBD products in the area but this spot does carry pre-rolls and vapes with just CBD and no THC. But they also carry cigarettes, rolling papers, pipes, delta-8 products, and anything you could possibly want for any of those things. I would totally recommend checking them out if you're in need of anything or want to know more about the products they're selling. Watch out though, the parking lot can be sketchy as hell but there are usually lots of people around because it's in a somewhat busy lot.

Believe every word you hear about horrible customer service! They obviously have too much money and don't need anybody's business! I was in the store for maybe 3 minutes and drop $60 on three torches, the dude cussed me out in whatever language he speaks because I told him he grabbed the wrong torch color, and acted like I was a complete imposition on his day! (I honestly do not know with certainty what his native language is-i just know it wasn't english, but you don't have to speak a language to when someone is cursing at you!) trust me when I say I will find someplace else to buy what I need, and i won't darken their door ever again! Rude does not begin to describe his behavior. RUDE, CRUDE AND SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Went there today and bought (5) packs of incense and a pack of cigarettes. When I got home I noticed the young man did not give me my cigarettes. Upon leaving the store I had to walk back to my car in the middle of the parking lot. You would think that the young guy behind the counter would walk outside and let me know!! Won’t be going back there.
