Blown away by the amazing staff and their extensive selection. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making my experience enjoyable and stress-free. The variety of products available was impressive, ensuring there was something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this smoke shop for anyone looking for top-notch service and a great selection of items.

The staff here is by far the reason I come in! I work around the corner at Little Sister and They are always friendly and helpful and always say hi as soon as they see you. They don't rush you! When the staff is helping you, they are helping you, ask your questions, and they spend the time to go through any of 'em you might have. If I could give more stars I would!

Not VERY easy to find kind hearted and friendly people working ANYWHERE these days! ESPECIALLY in DTLA! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew and Cynthia. Both of them are warm and welcoming. I had a few questions and even though I didn't buy anything they were professional and informative. All this WITHOUT giving me ANY attitude or makikg me feel like I was WASTING their time! Meant A LOT, as energy is SUPER IMPORTANT to me! They even told me to come back if I had any more questions or needed anything else. I REALLY APPRECIATE the gesture! The place is CLEAN and impressive. The prices are comparable to other smoke shops in the area. HOWEVER, they have a MUCH LARGER selection than MOST shops! Hit them up if you're ever in DTLA. The spot is CONVENIENTLY located near WHOLE FOODS and BOBA TIME.

Incredible service! Out of town and in a hurry…but the staff did a great job directing me to California’s best vapes and flavors. I will be back!
