Overpriced P.O.S. Place and Kid working there is a P.O.S. asked me to leave and doesn't want my business for asking how much the prices are on products not priced. Better off to go to Smokers Choice in Hickory Hills with way better prices and appreciate your business ! 😜

First time I came here they were closed 10 minutes before the time that was on the door. Was not a fan of that but gave them another shot. Next time I came here I realized that these guys have the best prices for hookah tobacco as well as CBD out of anyone around. Employees are nice and helpful as well. Got me as a returning customer for sure.

Don't go here, my girl went in to buy some vape and I was getting cigarettes. New to vaping, we asked a lot of questions, which naresh the worker, God I can hope not the owner, was not very thrilled to be there. We tell him the ones we want. Spend 60 dollars. We get home, and my girl sees that the one vape says 0mg nicotine. He just told us they have 4 to 6 mg of nicotine, so we call and explain the situation. He says I must have gave you the wrong one, but there's nothing I can do. My girl gets upset and pushes back, and he says fine I'll exchange it. With attitude. Even more upset at the attitude, she says fine I'll exchange it and won't come back. He says fine then don't come back. We go back to exchange and he refuses to exchange it, tells us to leave the store because we were being hostile? And he was going to call the cops. I said fine do that, and we waited outside for the police. Officer Patrice of Darien asked 2 of us what happened. We told him he went in and then came back out to the parking lot to say he couldn't do anything, and we needed to leave. I was like I need to leave a parking lot, which I don't think they own as it's a strip mall. But whatever. First and last 60 dollars I'll ever spend there. I recommended any other smoke shop in the area over this clown.

They are racists and over priced. They used the marker test on my $20 it passed but they said it was still bad. It supposed to turn black if it is fake. They were rude and condescending. I would never recommend going there. Also their vape juices are old and look like they have been sitting there for a while. I wouldn’t even give them a star but I couldn’t leave a review unless I did.

Do Not Shop Here*** The young guy behind the counter is goofy. Tried to sell me some 1.99 cones for 3.49. Told him it’s over priced and he got mad. Told me since I have more money than him I shouldn’t care about the cost. He has a smart mouth, but trust me he would never come from behind that counter. He’s a very little guy so I couldn’t take him serious. Told him the King Palms I bought, crumbled and he told me I’m lying. I didn’t even want a refund. No customer service skills. Bad service.
