I posted a review 5 months ago and did 5 stars as I love this place. However, today I had to come back and share and experience that needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. There is an older woman, with blonde curly hair by the name of Allison who works the register. She’s very nasty and has poor customer service. I have encountered her many times in the past but has brushed off her nonchalant attitude and rudeness. I’ve seen this behavior towards other customers and not just me. Today I made the mistake of getting in her line and she was very rude again. I didn’t respond other than to tell her have a blessed day in which she rolled her eyes and didn’t respond. Ever other worker in this store is amazing and very helpful especially those in the juice bar area.. Allison ALWAYS appears to be angry. I hope management addresses this, if not already. She definitely doesn’t need to be working servicing others. She has a very bad spirit and I can’t be the only customer that has noticed and complained about her.

I'm all for natural holistic products and I was not expecting so many options. Many of the items in my photos, I usually order online because lack of convenience. This store should definitely be a family favorite!

What the Heck is in that Irish Moss pack all kinds sticks seeds they do not Shift that stuff it’s extremely Salty as if they just went to the scooped it up and packaged it .. not Only in Lansing but CCH too. My daughter she seen something crawling alive at them bottom of her Glass. No More for Me from Here. Please Care for your Customers & Items you Sell.

I love the fact that they have all types of herbs/seeds where you can make your own concoction of teas/herbals!!!
