I like the dispensary! Always nice people there! But whomever is handling the products or the company delivering them need a different job. I am extremely dissatisfied with 1 of the products OG18 2 grams by Cresco $100 paid for 2 grams. Not trying to cause any problems but this is one thing us as consumers are paying for a product that is very good and that's why the complaints are there. I am by no means trying to put down Nature's Care Rolling Meadows location. No dispensary can be blamed for all the mess ups but we're about 4 years now to get it together.

Nature's Care is a breath of fresh air in an area dominated by corporate weed shops. I prefer them because they are a small, local business. Whenever I go, I am greeted warmly and feel welcome. They always have some sort of deal going on, and a healthy selection of products in stock. In the rare event they didn't have what I'm looking for, a simple ask will let you know when they intend to have it back in stock. The vibes here are different than other weed shops in the area. You aren't treated like a sale. You're treated like a valued neighbor and friend.

Natures Care is a great place - this has been my go to dispensary since it opened. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and always willing to share a smile and a quick conversation. Prices are reasonable and their selection is good. I'll definitely keep coming back here.

Very pleased with the Oracle! My first time trying Botanist flower. always loved their cartridges. This is the best weed I’ve had since I moved back from CO! Thank you so much for proving me a 20% discount; as well as taking care of me 5 minutes before closing! I wish I could take a picture of the smell! ❤️

Everyone there are always helpful, especially the tall fellow. I was looking for a 2mg disposable vape, while they did not have it the gentleman looked up where I could find it, and ordered for their stock as well. Always above, and beyond. Sorry I forgot his name. Will find out and edit.
