Unfortunately, despite my love for supporting local businesses, I will not be patronizing this particular business due to their poor customer service. During my recent visit, I purchased a box of cigars which turned out to be stale and broken. When I went back inside the store to request a refund, exchange, or store credit, the cashier was unhelpful and insulting. She refused to compensate me and advised me to speak to her manager who was unavailable at the time. As a result, I lost hard-earned money. I am disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning to this store. I hope to hear from the management soon.

This Smoke Shop is the best around!! They have AMAZING customer service, great workers, great attitudes, and they can answer any and all questions you might have. They have a HUGE selection of vapes and cigs! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best deals in NWI!! Also, ask them about the rewards program - literally a game changer!!

Front lady at the register was very racist, I look way older then what she thought & told me to show I’d cause I’m inside a smoke shop I went & grabbed it , came back waiting in line to others buying without showing ID , now she says that they look older so they didn’t have to provide. Um no you told me if you’re inside a smoke shop you have to provide ID & when I called her out on it she told me to leave. Very unprofessional & very rude customer service. I don’t advise her to work there giving that same attitude towards other customers. Ps it’s not letting me give them 0 stars, they don’t even deserve 1 just because of the older lady at the front register. & the owner is just going to believe they horrible customer service of an employee side over mine just because they work for them. Whatever.just to get a good review for their terrible Racial store right? Lmaoooo

I usually don’t have an issue but any other place I get wraps from will allow me to exchange if I open them at the store and they are stale. This dude claims they check expiration weekly, so I wondering how these got missed. You see they are bad I never left the store and he’s says Nope to and exchange
