Everytime I order from this site I get prompted service and excellent products. I've ordered Fog It and Razz vapes

Best prices I have ever seen. Only 30,000 hit Cape I've ever seen. Cheaper than a local shop even with shipping. Fast delivery!!! Best all around 100%!!! Ok, so my vape battery doesn't hold a charge so I text them. They made good on it the very same day. This company is freaking amazing and I will be using them on a regular basis. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Editing to add: I reached out to the company via text message, but unfortunately, my messages were met with delayed responses, sometimes taking hours or even a day to receive a reply. They initially informed me that my order had been processed and shipped. However, I later received an apology stating that only one flavor was available in stock and inquiring if I would prefer to proceed with a refund. Subsequently, I received an email notification indicating that the order had been dispatched with all the requested flavors, but no tracking information was provided. To date, I have not received any confirmation regarding the refund. Given these circumstances, I am compelled to report this company and dispute the charge on my credit card. I strongly advise against conducting business with this website. I wish I could post a screenshot of the messages. I placed an order on the website and received my order confirmation. However, I have not received any further communication, including a shipping confirmation. I have attempted to contact customer service via email but have not received a response. This lack of communication is concerning and raises concerns about the legitimacy of the business. If I do not receive a satisfactory response by Monday, I will be forced to contactmy was y bank to dispute the charge.

I placed my first order with this company last week. I got my order this week (fast and accurate shipping), but unfortunately one of my vapes didn't work. I emailed customer service and got a text response to my issue. They were very helpful, offered to resend the same vape or a refund, and exceeded my expectations. They definitely have a loyal customer with me from now on. Thank you so much!
