Buyer beware!! Bought two one gram Stiiizy vape cartridges. They gave me one that was a gram and one that was half a gram. Went to try to resolve the issue and they said Stiizy had miss labeled their box and it really was a gram. Turns out they missed labeled it and it was only a half gram. Went to try and get it resolved and they told me they couldn’t do anything, we’re rude and to email their product services. It’s been a week and there still has been no response despite multiple messages. So I’m out a half a gram and $50+ because they won’t fix their mistake and have no customer service. Update: It has been two months and they still have not responded to any of my emails and their manager just keeps telling me it’s the only way to solve the issue.

First time visit, i showed 10 minutes before close with an online pick up. They had 2 registers going one of them talking to a customer who didn’t order anything. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when i got to the register at 9p was told i can’t be helped because they were closed with no warning before hand or apology. Front desk lady was nice but won’t be coming back honestly.

I LOVE Aroma Hill! They are hands down the best in the business. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted so warmly by their staff and who can beat those amazing prices abs sales. The staff is super informative about all of their products. They always have the BEST deals and all the best products. I love that the store is also super clean, organized and big. Cynthia was very rude and short. Told her it was my birthday and if i spend $50 i get $25 and that carts were on sale online. she only took off the birthday discount and never told us we couldnt use two discounts and which one we wanted to use. i understand some places you cant stack coupons but explain it before. she is not someone who should be working at a dispensary. people are supposed to be nice and chill not rushing, short and rude!
