Ashley was really helpful and talked me into buying soooo many different vapes. I don’t normally buy from this shop but now I will! She created a repeating customer for sure. Also she’s kinda cute. Will be coming by again!

Of all the head shops I visit, I like Krazy Ape Vapor the most, despite their limited selection. While Krazy Ape Vapor may have had a small variety of products, the exceptional customer service provided by the staff has more than made up for it. On multiple occasions, they were knowledgeable about the products they did have in stock. They were able to offer helpful recommendations based on my preferences. The staff's friendly and approachable demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere, making me feel at ease during my visit. The staff are all great listeners, too, which I greatly appreciate. I also had similar experiences in their sister store up in Spring when I lived there. Although Krazy Ape Vapor's selection might not have been as vast as I had hoped, the positive experience with the staff overshadowed any potential disappointment. Their willingness to engage in conversation and provide guidance showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. While Krazy Ape Vapor may have a limited range of products, I always have pleasant visits thanks to their exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude contribute to an enjoyable experience, even with the limited selection. P.S. Whoever is hiring the people that work at this chain of shops definitely has a keen eye for good vibes.
