As a black male, I was IMMEDIATELY stereotyped by one of the business owners here. They made me feel uncomfortable throughout the whole process of purchasing what I needed. Recently, I experienced disappointing customer service at Bahama Mama Vape Store. Despite their initial enthusiasm about their in-house made products, their response to a significant issue was utterly unacceptable. I returned a vape that, alarmingly, caused hangover symptoms in multiple users, expecting a constructive response or at least some form of concern. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude, encapsulated in a "we don’t care" shrug. This reaction not only speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction but also raises serious questions about the safety and quality of their in-house products. It's disheartening to see a local business display such a lack of accountability and respect for their customers.
