So on 10/03/2021 my wife went to puffs to get more hookah tobacco and it was the worst experience ever the women that was cashing her out has been there for a month and didn’t know how to do a refund due to her not paying attention and and proceeded to charge my wife’s credit card for the wrong amount and did not even know how to do The process of refunding the credit card transaction and then told my wife that the credit card companies are not open on Sunday but being a person that knows how to use the credit card machines yes the credit card machine company may not be open on Sunday but you can still put the transaction refund in process so on the following day of Monday they would process it now we have to wait more than 7 to 8 business days to get our refund because they won’t even be processed until Monday morning from puffin stuff store and for the woman being there for a month you would think she would have better experience to be left alone on a Sunday then my wife said well due to what happen can you give us proper documentation I am going to post a picture of what this lady wrote for my wife and yes this is the most unprofessional company experience that I’ve ever witnessed in my life so I wanted to be sure to inform my Crosby people in community of how business is done at this certain location and pretty sad due to the fact that I have always use puffin stuff to supply my tattoo needles my tattoo equipment but I hope I don’t have to seek a different store to get my supplies Review done by owner of Big Rays Tattoos Owner of puffin stuff at the Crosby location feel free to contact me by my email that I just posted the review on

Went in there 2 weeks ago and Christine charged me wrong amount. She charged my card an amount without even telling me and I told her my husband was sending me more money to cover the entire amount. She tried to say she didn’t hear me. Whatever. So I told her I wanted a refund, she called her boss and after speaking with Christine and Morgan they both said I’d have my refund within 7 days. Even got it in writing! Sure it ain’t much but it’s the principle! I’ve never had a problem with that place till now! And to answer owners question on big rays review, YES I AM SURE ITS THE CROSBY LOCATION. Christine was working and I spoke with Morgan on the phone. I never went to any others cause y’all was closer to home.

Bought a bottle of CBD for my dog. Normally a thick green substance when I got it home the seal was tampered with and the liquid was replaced with water. $75 bottle of cbd I wrote my driver’s license on the receipt and the attendant told me it wouldn’t print anymore. Usually a great place for this, but now I guess we go other places. Edit: return to 5 stars. They promptly fixed the problem. Go here but check your seal.
