I was looking for a non-pharmaceutic alternative to relieve my anxiety. I purchased the CBD gummies and LOVE them! My husband, 21 year old daughter and myself swear by them. Life changer for sure.

We also use the balm and lavender massage oil. The balm is great for aching joints. My mother has arthritis and I rubber some on her knees recently. She was up and walking 20 minutes after application.

I came in spring 2019 feeling horrific and noticed a huge difference after using the supplements Jo recommended. My husband came with me the next month with an intense mold infection and he is now mold free, noticing the biggest difference within a week. Jo is spot on with her recommendations, really works to address the roots of your symptoms, and is also not pushy with supplements. I've also loved that she addresses emotions as well as normal physical things. We look forward to every visit.
