MAGIC SMOKE VAPE CBD KRATOM ( ELLSWORTH / BASELINE )

I went in last Friday to get a product I really wanted. I asked the gentleman behind the counter what the net weight was and he insisted it was 2.5 grams. After the purchase went through I opened the jar to check and there was barely anything in there. I asked him about this and he implied I had no idea what I was talking about. I went home and weighed the product and it was a little short of 1 gram.(less than half of what’s promised) I was then given a company email that the managers supposedly use. It’s been 5 days and I’ve had no reply. So I was scammed 50 dollars for a half delivered product that isn’t even good. Stay away from this awful smoke shop there’s no leadership or honesty here. Plenty of other good options in the area!

Don't spend your hard earned money here! Spent over 100 on a brand new vaporizer to find out the glass piece has a manufacturer defct and doesn't hold water. The best the owner can do is give me 20% off a new glass piece....WTH you want me to spend more money there when the product you sell is junk. No thanks!

Called and the worker seemed half asleep or nodding off on something. Didn't know anything and couldn't help me with anything. This place usually has great service so I'm not sure what's going on over there...

Better conducted smoke shops elsewhere As much as I believe in honest mistakes, they absolutely handled it wrong. I called in requesting an inquiry on a couple items. The gentleman gave me false pricing queries on every item with up to $40 in price discrepancies in a single item I walk in request the items ready to pay and the total would have been $80 more than what he quoted me and when I asked what we can do about it? He said nothing so I only bought one of the items and he said thanks for understanding. Don't think I'll be coming back if this is how they conduct business

Friendly and knowledgeable staff was happy to field tricky questions. Actually talked me Out of a purchase once because of a mental error of my own in my pre-purchase research. Notably clean and well stocked eclectic inventory.
