Great Pharmacy! Horrible customer service!!! You have to call them 50 times before you can get someone to answer your call!! It's ridiculous

I don’t understand why their ratings is only 4.1. Every time I’ve called to ask questions, not even a patient yet mind you. But they don’t know this. They have been kind, never made me feel rushed. The times ive called they are females but I don’t know their names. I became a patient today because of how kind and professional they have been. I’m excited to use my new pharmacy. Thank you ladies for making me feel welcomed
