I have been here a few times and always a great experience! Everyone’s extremely helpful, Will was amazing with helping me choose and get my pod system set up. They are always so nice and informative with everything and are more than happy to help:) love the energy there super great people clean place love it!

The place is clean and really nice. The staff is always pretty friendly, no issues there BUT those prices are INSANE for disposable vapes. They're over double what I pay online and about $10 more each, than any other shop I have been to. I live right by Liberty, I could walk but instead I drive 30 minutes to emmaus to get them for a reasonable price.

I have been using liberty vape for a year now. They are a fantastic business to use. For an online company they are fantastic. Little story. Started using a new vape. Didn't realize that it had a second battery pack. Never ordered it. They caught it and automatically included it with my order. I was beyond impressed

Beware of Liberty (any location). If you have an issue with a product, they will refer you to the manufacturer’s info, and then, when the manufacturer has a warranty that needs to be initiated from the dealer, Liberty tells you they don’t do that, leaving you completely screwed. Wasted two weeks of back-and-forth just to get the middle finger when I went in just now to handle the replacement. After years of supporting several of their locations, I can safely say steer clear, and take your business elsewhere.
