Not only is this the best vape shop I’ve ever gone to, but it’s up there as some of the best customer service I ever received. You get treated as more than a paying customer when you shop here. I don’t recommend vaping, but I highly recommend making this your store if you do.

A very nice selection of the latest vape mods out. The prices can't be beat by any vape shop around for the mods. Their house ejuice is okay. It doesn't have the flavor pop that brand name ejuice has. Not great, but not bad.

great service! everyone was super chill and friendly and eager to assist. i told them what i liked and they provided me with several options which i thought was very nice. i settled on Jollerz, and it was a great choice. i was impressed by their customer service. i will definitely stop by again.

Brandon is SO nice and personable. He advised me about a problem with my vape, called their other location when this one didn't have what I needed, and was just so friendly and awesome. Why can't employees at every business be like him?! You go to, like, a fast food restaurant (not naming names..) and they don't greet you or smile and you wonder if they've ever been taught anything about customer service.. Then you come to ECigs and you're like, "Wow. This is how you should be treated when you spend money in a place!".. If any of my friends vaped (my best friend is lame and smokes), I'd never stop bugging them til they came here, bc I know no other store could compare. Mark is also awesome. But the fact that I came in less than an hour before closing, and Brandon was still so helpful and really went out of his way to make me happy, speaks volumes. If he isn't a manager, he surely should be. This place has the best juice, also. I've tasted juice from other stores, and I always go back to my Frank Nitty. In short, I've been loyal to ECigs since 2018 and won't stop for as long as I am a vaper.
