I live in Nevada, and a friend of mine who moved from New Jersey recommended this shop to me (since they offer delivery) and told me to call and ask for Heidi because their selections for out-of-state flavors are different than what they sell in-state. When I called to ask for Heidi, the lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional, and wouldn't let me speak with Heidi and just kept saying, "She's not interested." I asked if this is how she treats all of their customers and she still was rude. I told her I'd take my business elsewhere, and would leave this review. After reading other reviews on here though, I can see that I'm not the only one who experienced this horrible customer service.

One of the better non conglomerate owned vape shops in the area if you ask me.

I was disappointed in the selection of disposable vapes here. They seemed to be aware of quality and brands that were better than others but didn’t seem to care to carry them. I’ve been here twice now and I likely won’t be going back. Weird vibes when you go inside. Seems to be more of a place the workers just “hangin out”. When I walked in both times, I was only greeted after I asked them something. Tip for the workers, maybe stand up, when a customer walks in… or turn down the tv, and stop talking about what you are watching on the tv with your other co worker while a customer is in the store?

I moved to Marlton a little over a half year ago from Blackwood, went to the Vape Station there, faithfully, like I do here now… helpful staff, great atmosphere, awesome selections, etc… only difference really between the two is for some reason it takes a really long time to accrue points so you can get discounts on your next purchases. It seemed like I was getting like $10 off at the Vape Station at least once a month considering I buy a 16oz or bigger bottle of juice every other week.. At Poppies I have yet to get any discount at all and have been shopping here every week or two for the past 6 months. Other than that the place is great.

Really cool staff. Always makes me feel welcome and not a hassle employees will get me any flavor to try and offer their suggestions. My only issue is they never have any pods for pod systems. A couple brands but not as much as I had hoped for. Only reason not 5 stars is there's not enough for me to make it my one stop shop. Even though i really want it to be.
