Got the best piece today and the guy was really nice. Had marked down a $280 piece to $160 and I am extremely satisfied, plus for free he threw in a matt for it to rest on so it doesn’t break (I explained to him that’s how my last piece broke).

Went in on my birthday so you know i was determined to find away what i’ve been searching for LOL. Went in and the cashier was attentive and brought me to their collection and answered every question PERFECTLY. As a stoner i was finally pleased to see some knowledgeable people rather than going in asking for something and them not knowing what you’re talking about. REASONABLY PRICED. A GREAT VARIETY OF ITEMS and most of all, a great freaking smoke shop. Like I told the guy, they just gained a loyal customer.

Placed an order on Friday night, was messaged first thing Monday morning informing me their last piece had a defect and offered me a hefty discount and through quartz nail as well. Received my item in 6 days under regular shipping and I’m on the opposite coast. This is how online should be prompt and already willing to satisfy the customer. Definitely recommend
