$33 for a 5 pack of king palm minis is INSANE! I mean truly a rip off. Never coming here again.

*** I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!! *** This place is horrible! I bought a vape pen from them and upon coming home I tried to use it and it would not work at all. I tried everything and finally decided to go in and get help. Not only did the guy who sold it to me not even attempt to troubleshoot the issue but he then said I could not get an exchange without a receipt. Plot twist, he didn't give me one when I purchased it!! This place is a scam! Go up the street to prestige vapory where they actually know what they're doing. It's worth your money and time!

Previous review: Polite , but the few times I been in there they were not very knowledgeable when it came to what vape coils work with what tank brands and models. Most recent review: my previous review after visiting 3 different times for coils was with 4 stars only due to polite staff, but geez....after all this time you think this place would have only gotten better! ....wrong! If u are wondering why have I continuely gone there if they are so bad, it's because they are literally less than quarter mile from house! Well I'm done...... REALLY DONE! Yesterday I went in for a tank for my newest vape , (which are plastic disposable ones for Nic Salt Liquid) and this guy says " no we don't got those, we are supposed to but they never send them to us! 😒.......I'm like here we go again, then I just picked a liquid to purchase and he rang me up, I use my card , then he says I'd give u a receipt but we out of paper.....well since he said it like he knew it was out of paper prior to ringing me up, you think he would have offered a text or email option for the receipt, nope! So I'm standing there after he said he out of receipt paper and I said you could have emailed to me, he says sorry dude.....then just stands there like a zombie instead of getting me a receipt some way or somehow! I said you you know what.....I turned and walked out! I will definitely never go here again, I'll never recommend this place, it's a joke. I am unhappy with the service I received at Vap City. As a regular customer, I expect better treatment and transparency in pricing. However, I was overcharged by $10 and was not refunded the excess amount when I brought it to the owner's attention.With recipe in hamd as proof Instead, I was offered a small discount on my next purchase 1.50 almost. This experience has led me to question the company's business practices and the competence of its staff. I will say the owners are retired police officers so they should do better but we all know that's is not the case ever... What a joke..As well if they sell you a bad vap well that will be ypur problem as well..They don't give adults either obviously. DO BETTER ......
