I really would like to write a better review. However, I feel this has to be written. I have some advice for management and staff at Natural Grocers. My advice is: When your employees see a customer in the store, not only welcome and smile at your customer, but also add the following Q. Can I offer assistance or help you find something? I applaud that everyone was working, stocking, talking amongst eachother, and smiling. Not once did anyone ask "How can I help you or can I help you find something, or even say a word to me." I almost walked out the door and went to another store that I knew would offer a smile and also ask.. "Are you finding what you need or how can I help you?" I still purchased and spent more than I wanted to. Next time I shop here, my hope is that this will happen. I would have spent more and probably found what I needed. I had a recipe and I had walked back and forth many times passing the same employees, over and over again. Yes, I probably could have asked but I had already made my mind up that I was going to see if someone would...... An hour or more may have passed and the only person who asked, was the person checking me out. I'd like to give a better review next time. Customer service is so important.

Excellent prices and a wide variety of items not easy to find. Love the affordable bulk prices of common herbs and spices, and grains. Huge selection of Gluten Free and vegan products.

I love natural grocers! Their produce and bulk section is by far the best you can get at any commercial grocery!

A very clean store, with helpful employees and products you don't have to worry about eating - unlike most grocery products these days.

Update: was 5 stars. Miss the old crew they had, they really cared about health and helping the customers. They were great. Hard to get help there these days. Still Great knowledgeable people! Fresh food and a large selection of vitamins and so much more!!
