Doors are locked 10+ minutes before 10 PM on a Tuesday. The of hours of operation are either wrong, or the establishment is lenient on when the closer leaves. Very frustrating to drive somewhere expecting to go in during business hours to the door locked. No one answered when I called. No sign on the door to notify anyone the person had left or is unavailable.

The customer service was unbelievably terrible. I picked up an item that clearly had a price tag of $9.50 from their extremely limited selection (double-checked the price with the clerk before making the payment), only to receive my receipt and discover that it actually cost $15.99. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, his response was a dismissive "you bought it!" accompanied by a shoulder shrug that clearly demonstrated his complete lack of concern.
