Very frustrating to drive somewhere expecting to go in during business hours to the door locked. No one answered when I called. No sign on the door to notify anyone the person had left or is unavailable.

The customer service was unbelievably terrible. I picked up an item that clearly had a price tag of $9.50 from their extremely limited selection (double-checked the price with the clerk before making the payment), only to receive my receipt and discover that it actually cost $15.99. When I brought this to the attention of the clerk, his response was a dismissive "you bought it!" accompanied by a shoulder shrug that clearly demonstrated his complete lack of concern.
