They can explain and help you find exactly what you're looking for without pressuring you into a selection you won't like. Eric and Sal want you to be happy about what you're buying. Anytime I have a question I go to them. I won't bother talking to anyone else about new products if they're not there. I'd rather wait until I see them working and get something I purchased before.

I'm always looking for ways to improve in operations and how employees can best service our clients so when going to any establishment I base my patronage on the type of service I receive as a sticker when it comes to Great Customer Service. When I walked into this establishment it was a pleasant surprise to have a store that greets you with a smile. One employee deserves special recognition for not only providing "EXCELLENT" customer service, but to be very knowledgeable as well. Sal gave suggestions on other products; he was very personable and a model employee the type of employee any great company would be honored to have. Sal is definitely a jewel and needs to be recognized for his diligence in upholding the company in a great light. So much that I wanted to make sure I acknowledged it...
