Been shopping at Juva for about 5 years now and have always loved it but went to the shop today and had probably one of the worst experiences. My husband and I regularly order the milled Almora Farms 28g and we usually walk out the door at about $60 total after tax and fees. This year we purchased the membership thinking it would save us since members get a 40% off but when purchasing the same 28g almora tin, with the membership, it came out to $78. We pointed this out to both cashiers and both had continuously tried to gaslight us into saying it has always been that price. I have past receipts that say otherwise. The same exact tin but the half size (14g) is now listed at $40 a tin which means if you get 2 tins (28g) it would be $80 before tax but the 28g tin is listed at $100. It’s $20 more to get the exact same brand and product! We were cheated not once in this transaction but TWICE. It is on us for not looking at the website ahead of time but we’ve come so regularly that we did not feel the need to. On top of all of this, the card reader wasn’t working and the worker tried to tell us it was our card (Mastercard) when we use that exact card every time we have purchased there. I hardly ever write reviews but this experience was the absolute worst and the workers were not helpful at all and didn’t even know what they were talking about. We paid $140 for a year membership to save money and we ended up spending more.

Ive been ordering weed from here since last year and I was all about it. But now im getting annoyed. Ive had my orders delivered super later and when I try calling the store(MULITPLE times) and leaving messages I can never get ahold of anyone. They were really good at delivering on time. Not sure if I want to continue going through Juva at this moment

used to be great but i think they must have permanently closed as of 3 weeks ago, so don't bother ordering from them. within the last three weeks they have not fulfilled my orders (where i received confirmation emails with a delivery window) and have not answered the phone during the hours they have listed to be "open".... probably because they aren't. after checking the other google reviews, other people have started having issues similar to mine at the exact same time (beginning 3 weeks ago).

Rose and the lady who helped ring me up They were just absolutely super friendly and they were super helpful and they were not in a rush. And the service was absolutely amazing and not only that, they have the best prices in town for the best quality. This place is nothing short but a 5 star dispensary hands down Scottie. Be the best one in the whole entire Bay area. And it's the cleanest and it's got the best pricing, and it's got the best products can argue with that.

This is a wonderful dispensary they carry all the best products at good prices and very kind and considerate and you walk “among the clouds ☁️ “ to retrieve your purchase . Be blessed Juva Thanks for caring for my needs . As a pain patient a quality store is a necessity.

Update 7/24/2024 - Another good experience at Juva this afternoon. We got Nasha cold water bubble hash and some infused pre-rolls. Everyone was helpful and pleasant as usual. This is officially our favorite dispensary in the Bay Area. They have amazing prices. Last time we got Stiizy eights on sale for 13.99. Tonight we visited Juva dispensary again and Ethan helped us. He made really good recommendations which met our needs perfectly. Another excellent experience at Juva. We love the Redwood City location. It's warm and friendly. Kevin was awesome and very sweet and kind. The dark-haired woman who helped me and Cookie when we first walked in the door was sweet too. AND the guy who let us in was cool too. I LOVE Juva Dispensary in Redwood City, California.

My visit to Juva last night was delightful and unexpected. We happened to be taking an evening walk after dinner and found Juva. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the store is very inviting. Hannah and Joseph helped us out and were just the best. Juva has new customers in us!

Stopped by Juva on 4/20 for some holiday blunts and gummies. The staff was on point and helped us get in, grab our green, and get out the door in no time. Very pleased with the experience and we will definitely be back at this dispensary. The prices were very reasonable and the selection is top notch! They had everything that we wanted and then some new options we decided to give a go. Extremely happy with everything. An easy 5 star recommendation for this place.
