DO NOT GO HERE! In the span of the last month they’ve given me DEFECTIVE products TWICE! And then they have a “no refund no return no exchange” policy EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE BY NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN (WHICH A LOT OF THEM ARE). Then they gaslight you into saying you probably broke it when it’s obviously a malfunctioned product like oil coming out of a cartridge instead of smoke. They’re money hungry and don’t care about the customer experience. And if you do go back to discuss the messed up product w them they tell you you have to come back when the managers there even though he’s literally never there! They told me to come on a Monday and that this “manager” would be there then, which he wasn’t. I had to go back 4 times to find him! I live in the area so I come here a lot but they’ve lost a LOYAL costumer out of me because one broken product could be a fluke but 2?? And refusing to give me any type of compensation? Horrible business. I will also be telling my boyfriend, brother, and friends not to come here anymore (also frequent costumers). Hope that $70 (that I’m disputing and getting back) was worth loosing 5-8 frequent costumers. If you need a RELIABLE smoke shop Springfield Tabaco and vape is great they’re way cheaper AND they exchange your products if defective! Learn to do better business you SCAMMERS!
