This was my first time visiting this location, and I genuinely walked in excited. The place looks awesome—cool vibe, great aesthetic, and exactly the kind of spot that makes you want to hang out, try new flavors, and come back again. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the look. I came in about 15 minutes before closing, which I understand isn’t ideal—but that time is still business hours. From the moment I walked in, the young man working made me feel rushed and unwelcome. He didn’t go over any deals, didn’t ask what I might be in the mood for, and didn’t make any effort to guide or help me as a first-time customer. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for simply showing up before close—despite being nothing but respectful. To be blunt: good customer service doesn’t stop when the clock gets close to closing time. First impressions matter, especially for new customers. On top of that, wearing sunglasses indoors at night while dealing with customers comes off as disengaged and unapproachable. It doesn’t exactly scream “I’m here to help you.” I hope this young man learns to become more personable, because that skill alone will take him much further in life. The brand itself has serious potential—but experiences like this can turn excitement into hesitation. Sunburn, you’ve got something good here. Do better when hiring and training, because the atmosphere deserves service that matches it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (for the vibe alone — service needs work)

The whole team — especially Dan, Jarret, and Mario — go above and beyond to make every visit smooth, friendly, and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to find a business that will actually answer the phone when you call, but Sunburn always does! Their customer service is top-notch, their staff is knowledgeable and personable, and I really appreciate that they’ll hold your order for 48 hours and honor any sale price during that time — that kind of flexibility is unbeatable. My first time visiting sunburn cannabis, my experience was enjoyable, informative and helpful. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, and they were all so very helpful. The three people working behind the counter did an amazing job!!!!!! I Definitely Will come back.

Great service here and I've never had to wait more than just a few minutes. I like all their products especially the vape carts however I do not like the fluctuations in prices for those carts. Loved the Sunday freebies when they first started but the minimum purchase has gone up. Overall I'll keep going back.

This was probably the nicest dispensary I've ever visited. The place was fairly large with a lot of merch displayed in glass cases to purchase. I appreciated the organization of ordering on line compared to in store. The store had a nice variety to choose from online and had great deals. I got 12 items for $195 (mix of flower, concentrate, vape, and pre rolls). Ill definitely have to find the sunburn in cape coral now since we were just visiting Jacksonville for the holiday. This may be my new fave dispensary outside of Fluent.

Sam, Brandi, and Shawn were the absolute best! They educated me in the different aspects of the products, as I'm a total newbie, and they didn't make me feel rushed. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Beautiful location! Large open concept and great product displays and tablets to make an order from. Friend had a pick up and we showed up right before closing for a pick up order and Kaylon was still so amazing (Even though we showed up late!) Super helpful and kind. He confirmed the order, and offered all the discounts available. Great experience. Thank you, Kaylon!

update: Taylor is amazing and helped everyone's so fast even though she was the only person working there awesome job! Seth and Cody were awesome, helped me get my pickup orders out the door and fast. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and high quality product.
