VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I purchased an energy supplement from this place 5 days ago for work. The woman who helped me was kind, knowledgeable and professional. She pointed to her store policy and acknowledged I can exchange it if it didn’t work out. She also gave me some samples. Well the purchased product didn’t work out. It made me physically ill. However, the sample was excellent. I went to exchange the product for a bottle of the sample. The lady who helped me was rude. She tried to debate me about a policy her colleague informed me about. I was taken aback. I wasn’t trying to return it only exchange for the better product. The experience was so off-putting I won’t return. The truth is it is an old-fashioned brick and mortar store which is completely empty. They don’t make or sell anything that can’t be purchased on Amazon and delivered to my door for significantly less. As a dying business model, your only advantage is to be polite to the few customers you still have. I will never purchase from this store again.
