I placed an order on January 12th my order is #16264. I am writing this on January 18th, I still have not recieved any updates or even a response from the owner. I have emailed them several times. This makes me sad because I was so excited to try the kava.

Update from not getting orders until months after placing an order. I was told that by November 2023, the site will be shipping orders within 24 hours after placing an order. It is May 2024 and I am still waiting for 24 hour shipping. Not a company with a good reputation anymore. update 4/24/24 still waiting for order.
