I've been going to this smoke shop for years. Always friendly and has exactly what I'm looking for every time. Never had a issue until recently when I bought what I thought was a vape pen. ( A worker I never dealt with before sold me the wrong item). When I went back in I was told there were no exchanges but the owner stepped in and exchanged my item for a vape pen for no additional cost. Customer service like this is why I keep coming back.

Thanks to 2 brothers smoke shop for my new keep a breast x stündenglass gravity hookah! I thought it was an Aprils fool joke at first when he called to tell me I won the raffle today! A $10 raffle ticket quickly became worth it :)
