I have purchased over 1500-2000$ of merchandise the past 3 years A limited edition Volcano hybrid, puffco peak pro, mighty+, Plenty all of these are there most expensive devices all 200-700$ each. All of which they are authorized resellers and they buy directly. And all have never had issues.
Now I went to purchase a 3DXL chamber(150$) last year and it seemed used? Chips,scuffs, marks and I had called and asked to swap it out which the manager or owner did. Fast forward a year I wanted a fresh chamber and guess what? They gave me the SAME exact one I returned last time. I don’t know if it was accident or on purpose but I was paying there up charge on products for this exact thing to NOT happen. Can get it 30$ cheaper at THREE other shops within a mile.
