I placed a large order. After 3 weeks I cancelled one item ($150) and was told the rest would ship. I received 2 items (50 pieces) and still haven’t received the final (25 pieces at $125) I have yet to receive my refund that they said was sent 2 weeks ago. I am very disappointed in the customer service and excuses given. This is not the way to run a business with a customer who potentially would spend thousands of the service was good. Now they won’t return calls or respond to emails. I will take the necessary steps to get my money back
