UPDATE: 4/11 I am happy to report that the owner reached out and was very understanding and offered a replacement for my order. This is the type of customer service that creates loyalty. They are truly a class act. ======================================= Let me start by saying the store and the security levels are top-notch. The clerk I met with was super nice and helpful. She directed me to two strains, one for relaxation and the other one for happiness and cheerfulness. I thought that would be great since I have trouble sleeping, and the other one would help me focus during the day. Upon opening the package, the flowers were basically like dried-up potpourri. No scent, no texture. In a nutshell, I just smoked a cigarette. Very underwhelming, and did not have the effects that the clerk had mentioned. Although customer service was great and the store was clean and safe , I definitely won’t be buying again. These strains are for people that aren’t looking for high THC.
