Been coming to this store for years. After a few years the main guy working there left for another store. Another guy took his spot and have been going to him once a week every week for the past few years.
Well one day I go in to buy a vape for 25 bucks and it craps the bed three days later. I go in the exchange it for another one and the same thing happens 3 days later. I look it up and all products by that company tend to fail very quickly and have horrible reviews so I told them I just wanted my 25 bucks back. Same guy I've been going to for years tells me he can't. I tell him you're selling these things for $18 more than they are online nobody is going to buy them it's better that you get stuck with the 25th and me because I'm a solid customer that spends $25 a month easy. The idiot couldn't comprehend and just lost a solid customer.
