They say I can bring back the disposable pen if it breaks or stops working. Come back 3 days later cause the glass broke in my purse. They won't replace it cause "it's damaged". Make it make sense. People are nice here but obviously they don't care that their products break on customers. I don't have extra money to waste on buying one "discounted". I'd expect faulty products to be replaced or refunded.

Also don’t forget to sign up for the rewards program. It’s not only good on the glass side BUT recently they’ve been able to get the rewards in the smoke side aswell! Get your deals and have an awesome 4/20
