I will NOT be ordering again. You are better off going to a local store. First order was great and came quickly; the product is great. I ordered a second time on 7/23/2022 and have not received my order, but was charged for it. I have contacted customer service several times now by calling and by using the "contact us form". When you call, it goes straight to voicemail telling you to leave a message. The contact us form is a joke and there's not even an automated message saying we'll be in touch soon. I asked for a refund if they can't ship, but still no answer.

Can Qiwi customer service please get back to me? I've sent multiple messages/emails the phone number provided goes straight to voice-mail with a prompt to email, but have never received a return email. Order 44244 placed on July 30th has obviously been forgotten about, there have been no updated or response to my multiple messages. Can you either refund me or ship me my product?? I have never had this problem with Qiwi before but due to the absolute lack of communication I do not see myself purchasing again. Which is sad because I have been purchasing for a few years.

Not impressed whatsoever. No response to my MULTIPLE MULTIPLE emails order placed July 30th... order #44244, no response to emails, messages, call just goes straight to voice-mail I'm starting to think this is a scam. Super disappointed and if your company aims to impress I highly suggest you re evaluate you priorities on customer service bc you have absolutely shot yourself in the foot with me!!!!
