Jordan and Justin were extremely helpful and really worked hard to educate me on the mod that I bought and ended up ensuring my satisfaction. I came in looking for a new box mod as mine wouldn't turn on anymore. Randy asked to see it and fixed it, rather than just selling me a new one. All staff is very knowledgeable and I only shop there now.
