I was sold the wrong coils and voopoo top. I went back right away to get a refund and the correct pieces and was refused a refund. It was over 40 dollars for the two items I cannot return due to their "all sales are final" policy. I have spent a lot of money at this location was very disappointed that I was not heard. They called the manager and he also refused a refund. In one breath the worker said he had no idea there was another size top and then said a few sentences later that Voopoo has SO many different products and he doesn't know them all. If I was told there were different sizes and there was a chance it might be the wrong size I would have not bought them.I recently bought the vape so I was unaware there were different sizes. I will never shop here again and will tell other vape friends about this.

They sell you products that don't fit you vape and do not refund you the money. The employees are not educated on the devices they sell. The "all sales are final" policy is wrong and I have spent over a thousand dollars at this store in total. Not anymore! Lost my business over 40 bucks! This place sucks. Go down the street!
